I decided to get the Build your Borracho Platter with the carne asada entree, the drunken fish taco a la plancha, and the green mole chicken enchilada with rice and beans and corn tortillas and I must say that EVERYTHING on my plate was lacking flavor, except the sour cream. I told my fiance that if I was Guy Fieri and I came in to eat at my restaurant, I would be pist because this is a bad representation of his cooking.
One word to describe this dine in experience and that is DISAPPOINTING! Considering that the food is supposed to represent one of America's if not the World's top chefs, this food was lacking.
